I found these marble bookends about 10 years ago in a vintage store in Milan while searching for treasures with my big sister. I picked them up and showed her, and when she took a sharp breath, I knew I’d found a winner. My sister has taught me a great deal about design and how to recognise something special, and I often looked to her for approval. She’s one of the most talented and creative people I know, and I’ve learned a lot from her.
