Re-Honed Japanese Knives By Andrew Lowe

HELLO,

Let us help make your last minute Father's Day gifting an experience that is both satisfying and seamless.

Whether you're looking for trinkets and treasures, tools or tokens, we will have something at The Hub General Store that dad will truly love and find useful.

Take advantage of complimentary Father's Day gift wrapping for all of our wonderful subscribers 'in-store' until Sunday. Please let us know that you're a subscriber at the service counter when purchasing, and you'll be gifted this at no charge. Normally valued at $10.

A long awaited collection from our very own Hub General Store dad, Andrew Lowe, husband to owner of our store, Jaci Foti-Lowe and amazing father of three beautiful children.

Andrew is a master crafts person and highly skilled artisan furniture designer.

As creative director of Lowe Furniture, he heads up the production of original and bespoke pieces of furniture for leading architects and interior designers.

He has an astute eye and a rare capacity to read a piece of raw timber, select each piece used in all production, often taking days to sort through packs, discarding pieces that do not meet his standards of structure and colour.

As a side hustle Andrew combines his love of timber with his appreciation of knives and offers us for the first time his latest collection, a wonderful project, Re-Honed.

These beautiful kitchen knives have unique and one off repurposed high grade Japanese stainless steel blades, honed to bring you precision with every cut. Andrew has hand picked unique timers to fashion the handles. Boasting profiles such as 5000 year old ancient fiddleback Red Gum, Burl Myrtle, Blackwood and Curly Cobba.

So from one dad to another perhaps consider this for the dad who likes to cook and has an appreciator of beautiful things!

Exclusive to The Hub General Store

As always, we look forward to being of service soon.

Happy Father's Day to all the dads, and happy first of Spring!

Warmly,

The Shopkeeper Team
