Product Availability

We do our best to keep the online store up to date, but from time to time, an item you have ordered may be out of stock. If this occurs, we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know. Where possible, we may suggest an alternative product. Otherwise, a full refund will be issued for the unavailable item.

If you have ordered multiple items, we will send the available products immediately and refund any out-of-stock items.

Product Description & Price

We take great care to ensure our product descriptions, images and prices are clear and accurate. If a product does not match its description, please contact us for resolution in line with our Returns Policy.

If a product is listed at two different prices, we will honour the lower price. If a genuine pricing or description error occurs, we reserve the right to withdraw the product from sale and provide a full refund where applicable.

All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST for Australian customers. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Payment & Taxes

A 10% GST is included in all prices for Australian orders. International orders are GST-free, with the GST portion automatically removed at checkout.

Our online store accepts Visa, MasterCard, and Afterpay. 

If you experience difficulty placing an order online, please contact us via email or phone and we can arrange payment manually.

Access and Inclusion Statement

The Hub General Store welcomes all visitors, including families, prams and friendly dogs. Our team is always happy to assist in-store to make your visit as comfortable as possible.

Please note that our heritage building on Cambridge Street includes several floor levels and steps throughout. While we’ve made stairs and changes in level clearly visible with tapes and signage, wheelchair access may be limited due to the building’s layout and space constraints.

Our shopkeeper team is always happy to help - whether that’s assisting in-store, carrying orders to your car, or helping arrange purchases online for easy collection or delivery.
