Refund policy
We hope you love your purchase, but if you do wish to exchange it, The Hub General Store may be able to offer a return for exchange or store credit.
RETURN FOR EXCHANGE
Requests for exchange or store credit must be made within fourteen days of purchase or receipt of goods and must be accompanied by proof of purchase. Shop credit does not expire.
Proof of purchase may include your EFTPOS receipt, emailed tax invoice, a bank statement excerpt, or clear details of the purchase date. The Hub General Store reserves the right to refuse an exchange or return without adequate proof of purchase.
Telephone or email requests will receive conditional approval, subject to the item being returned to the store within fourteen days of approval in as-new condition.
Exchange items must be returned unused and in original, resaleable condition with all packaging, tags and labels intact. Items that are used, worn, altered, or damaged cannot be accepted for exchange.
Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange due to change of mind.
Postage costs associated with change-of-mind exchanges are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping costs and any customs duties paid are non-refundable in cases of exchange. All return shipping costs are at the expense of the customer.

REFUNDS
The Hub General Store does not offer refunds for change of mind. However, we will provide a refund or replacement for any item that is defective, faulty, not fit for purpose, or does not match its description in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
If you believe your product is faulty, please contact us at hello@thehubgeneralstore.com.au within fourteen days of purchase, including details and clear photographs of the issue. We will then arrange for the item to be returned via a trackable postage service.
Once the fault is confirmed, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment, or you may elect to receive store credit if preferred.
Please note that if an item is returned to us and is found not to be faulty, it will be returned to sender, and the customer will be notified.
