As the first quarter draws to a close, the shop feels settled. The shelves are full, and there is a sense that a few things are beginning to gather momentum.
Easter arrives shortly, with slightly altered trading. We’ll be open on Easter Saturday and closed Friday, Sunday and Monday.
From April 11, we’re introducing Open Pantry, a new in-store tasting held every second Saturday of the month. A simple invitation to pause a little longer, try something new, and gather around the pantry products we return to often. Nothing overdone. Just a thoughtful moment in the shop, built around taste and discovery.
There is a quiet sense of movement around the shop at the moment. A few new ideas beginning to take shape, and a handful of familiar things returning. Scones on Saturday morning among them, perfect for these cooler days.
Our local same-day bike delivery ticks away in the background, becoming a small favourite for those short on time. Orders placed before midday travel out across the neighbourhood that afternoon. You can organise this at the counter and online, seven days a week.
