The timber is air dried for up to two years, kiln dried for stability, then finished with a food safe blend of beeswax and citrus oil. This finish protects the timber while highlighting its natural figure.
Each board displays its own unique grain pattern and colour variation. With occasional oiling and proper care, it will continue to age beautifully and provide years of reliable use. Timber has long been favoured for serving and food preparation because it is gentle on knives, durable, and free from microplastics.
