Manfredi Barbera Lorenzo N°1 Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil is a premium Sicilian finishing oil produced from selected organically grown olives from the PDO Valli Trapanesi region.
Intensely fruity and well rounded, it has a persistent herbaceous fragrance with notes of spice and green tomato, followed by a pleasant bitter almond finish.
Use it to finish pasta, grilled fish, vegetables and other Mediterranean dishes, or serve simply with fresh bread. Its robust flavour and protected regional provenance make it particularly good wherever the olive oil should be properly noticed.
