Manfredi Barbera Lorenzo N°3 Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil is a Sicilian PDO Val di Mazara oil made exclusively from organically grown Biancolilla olives.
The olives are grown on high hills in central Sicily, producing a mild, fruity oil with a rounded flavour and a light peppery finish.
Use it to dress seafood, raw vegetables, salads and fresh cheeses. Its gentler character makes it particularly useful when you want the freshness of a good olive oil without overpowering more delicate ingredients.
Dedicated to three generations of the Barbera family, the Lorenzo collection combines the company’s long olive-growing tradition with modern production at its Custonaci mill.
