Manfredi Barbera Lorenzo N°5 Extra Virgin Olive Oil is a single-variety Sicilian oil made exclusively from Nocellara del Belice olives.
The olives are carefully pitted before extraction, allowing the oil to be produced from the flesh alone. The result is a dense, golden oil with a soft, creamy texture and a delicately spicy, floral aroma.
Use it to finish fish dishes, add richness to sauces or in place of cream where a lighter, savoury finish is wanted. Its gentle flavour also makes it particularly good for baking and pastry.
Dedicated to three generations of the Barbera family, the Lorenzo collection combines traditional Sicilian olive growing with precise production at the company’s Custonaci mill.
