The flowers are hand picked from Java variety coffee trees grown at La Linda farm in Caranavi, Bolivia, owned by producer Pedro Rodriguez.
After careful harvesting, the blossoms are dried on raised beds to preserve their delicate flavour and aroma, with each batch produced especially for Market Lane Coffee. Pedro's thoughtful approach makes use of another part of the coffee tree while protecting the health of the crop, resulting in a tea that is exceptionally rare and difficult to find. It is a beautiful expression of careful farming and considered craftsmanship.Â
