Melba’s Glazed Almonds are whole almonds coated in a crisp, glossy caramelised shell.
Sweet on the outside and deeply nutty within, they are well suited to drinks trays, grazing boards and bowls passed around after dinner.
Melba’s began in South Australia in 1981 and continues to make chocolates, sweets and traditional confectionery.
A small handful goes an impressively long way.
