The very first Monsieur Truffe opened its doors in Prahran market in 2006, back then it was just a one-man operation and a humble beginning. 

Ten years later and our bean-to-bar range incorporates beans from all over the world, roasted and conched perfectly to showcase optimal tasting notes. With flavour profiles and intensities to suit even the most discerning of palettes.

Monsieur Truffes Gianguja is available in Dark chocolate and Milk chocolate.

Ingredients: Piedmont Hazelnuts, sugar, cacao butter, whole milk powder, cacao mass, vanilla powder.
