Pep Pepper Refill 50G is a vacuum sealed refill pack of whole Cambodian black peppercorns designed for topping up your grinder while the pepper is still at its freshest. The pack includes a simple pop out pourer funnel on the back, making refilling cleaner and considerably less frustrating than it usually is.
The pepper itself is deeply aromatic and far more complex than standard black pepper. Herbaceous and green at first, followed by woody depth, citrus, dark chocolate, mild sweetness, and a slow warmth that builds gently through cooking. Particularly good over eggs, roast vegetables, soup, grilled meat, or scattered generously onto buttered bread before dinner.
