Serax Surface Saucepan Camogreen by Sergio Herman is a compact cast iron saucepan designed for the smaller jobs that do not require a great great pot.
Made from enamelled cast iron with a muted Camogreen finish, it holds heat steadily and features a slightly wider rim for easier whisking and stirring.
Use it for melting butter, warming milk, making gravy, reducing a sauce or heating a small portion. Its half-litre capacity is particularly useful when an ordinary saucepan feels unnecessarily large.
