A 100% Tasmanian Taylor and Smith vodka Moonshine made by the light of the moon. They take the best locally grown malted barley, and mill, mash, ferment, triple distill and charcoal filter it in our small, hand-built copper pot still. They like to think of our Moonshine as concentrated nocturnal light.
It has a slight viscosity with traces of crisp apple and notes of warm buttery, biscuit and barley’s sweet-molasses. Delicious in cocktails or sipped neat.

40ml Taylor & Smith Moonshine
15ml Hazelnut liqueur
15ml lemon juice
10ml Leatherwood honey syrup
dash of orange blossom water
dash of Angostura bitters
dash of orange bitters
egg white
Dry shake. wet shake, double strain. Garnish with freshly grated nutmeg.
