The Things We Keep 03/62 A3
Not specified

$460.00

Part of The Things We Keep, a photographic exhibition presented at The Front Room Gallery for Melbourne Design Week 2026.

Each artwork began with a personal object belonging to a creative, collector, designer, artist, or maker from across Australia. These objects were then handed to photographers, not simply to be documented, but interpreted - transforming private possessions into shared artworks shaped by memory, atmosphere, and emotional response.

Presented as a limited edition of 20, each A3 artwork is printed in Melbourne on fine art cotton rag paper as part of an exclusive companion release available through The Hub General Store. Artwork printing leadtime up to 1 week.

3/62. Jaci found this reel in an antique store in Lake Taupō, New Zealand, around ten years ago. Made by Hardy’s, the English company established in 1872, the reel was likely produced in the 1920s and may have landed many large fish over its lifetime. I have collected fly fishing gear from all over the world, but this is one of the pieces I treasure most. It carries history, craftsmanship, and a connection to a place that means a great deal to us both.
