Part of The Things We Keep, a photographic exhibition presented at The Front Room Gallery for Melbourne Design Week 2026.
Each artwork began with a personal object belonging to a creative, collector, designer, artist, or maker from across Australia. These objects were then handed to photographers, not simply to be documented, but interpreted - transforming private possessions into shared artworks shaped by memory, atmosphere, and emotional response.
Presented as a limited edition of 20, each A3 artwork is printed in Melbourne on fine art cotton rag paper as part of an exclusive companion release available through The Hub General Store. Artwork printing leadtime up to 1 week.

48/62. In my late 30s I travelled through Vietnam and decided I wanted to bring home a small object from each place I visited. This bowl came from a notfor-profit centre where young people made objects to sell. I love that the holes are imperfect. Some drift off course, some double over themselves. Maybe the maker lost concentration or drifted into daydreaming. Or maybe perfection was never the point. I think that is what makes the bowl so beautiful - the visible trace of a human hand trying, making, and leaving evidence of itself behind.
