The Things We Keep 59/62 A3
Not specified

$460.00

Part of The Things We Keep, a photographic exhibition presented at The Front Room Gallery for Melbourne Design Week 2026.

Each artwork began with a personal object belonging to a creative, collector, designer, artist, or maker from across Australia. These objects were then handed to photographers, not simply to be documented, but interpreted - transforming private possessions into shared artworks shaped by memory, atmosphere, and emotional response.

Presented as a limited edition of 20, each A3 artwork is printed in Melbourne on fine art cotton rag paper as part of an exclusive companion release available through The Hub General Store. Artwork printing leadtime up to 1 week.

59/62. I hike. I observe. I look at what’s underfoot. I love what it can reveal whilst walking. This seed case is from the Turpentine tree, endemic to the place I live within Royal National Park on Dharawal Country. I collect seeds and their discarded casings from all over and admire their miniature architecture and ingenuity. They remind me of where I have been and the landscapes I have moved through. I am drawn to their quiet intelligence, how something so small can hold such complexity, resilience, and beauty within it.
